Product Overview: MedLaunch offers a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve LegitScript certification fast and navigate online advertising. The LegitScript Certification Course for Clinics & Medspas includes modules, lessons, and resources, all accessible after purchase.

Payment Terms: The product fee is a one-time payment of $599 USD. When applicable, the product fee may be discounted during promotional periods.

Refund Policy: If. within 14 days of purchase. you believe the course has not delivered the promised value, you may request a full refund—provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course material. After 14 days, all sales are final. Please notify us via email at consulting@medlaunchus.com to make this request. No refunds will be provided after 14 days, regardless of student progress.

Access to Product Materials: Students will receive ongoing access to all product materials, including tools and resources, to use in their business. Product materials are subject to updates and improvements, which will be accessible to students.

Use of Tools and Resources: Students may use the tools and resources provided in the product for their own business. These tools may be provided to clients with either MedLaunch branding or the student's own branding. Redistribution or resale of product materials to third parties is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: MedLaunch shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of business, income, or profits, arising from the use of this product or the materials provided therein. MedLaunch will not be responsible for the outcomes or success of students’ clients using the knowledge, tools, or methods derived from the product.

Limitation of Warranties: MedLaunch makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the product materials for any specific outcome. The product is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Students are responsible for applying the information appropriately within their business.

Indemnification: Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedLaunch, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from actions taken based on the information provided in The LegitScript Certification Course for Clinics & Medspas.

Support and Communication: MedLaunch will provide support for technical issues related to product access. Questions regarding product content or certification requirements should be directed to consulting@medlaunchus.com.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas, where MedLaunch is headquartered. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
